There are the Countdown coming out for Trek XI and there are several new comics out currently. Trek Comics Edited by Trekwolf164, Mar 26 2009, 01:38 PM.

There was also a novel with the TNG Crew called Planet X, by Michael Jan Friedman, if anyone wants to search out a copy.
